Returns and Refunds

30-day returns for US orders

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and retain their original packaging. Contact SEESE before returning an item so we can provide return instructions.

Return shipping costs

For returns that are not due to a product quality issue, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying return shipping. SEESE covers return shipping for product quality issues, incorrect items, or items damaged in transit. Contact us with your order number, product name or model, and a description of the issue. Photos or video may help us review the request.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method when possible. The time for the refund to appear can depend on the payment provider and financial institution. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
