How to Use & Target Application

3 Simple Steps to Remove Stuck Bolts:

1. Select the right coil size: Choose from the 3 included coils based on your bolt/nut size.

2. Heat the target directly: Place the coil over the rusted fastener and turn on the device. The metal will heat up rapidly.

3. Loosen and remove: Once heated, the rust breaks down, and the fastener can be easily loosened with a wrench.

Application Note: This tool works via magnetic induction. It is highly effective for ferrous metals (iron, steel, rusty bolts). It is NOT suitable for non-magnetic materials such as aluminum, copper, plastic, or stainless steel (if non-magnetic).

⚠️ IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNINGS & CAUTIONS

Please read the labels on the machine carefully before use:

1. NO-LOAD FORBIDDEN: DO NOT turn on the device without a metal object inside the coil. Empty running will rapidly overheat and permanently damage the machine.

2. DO NOT BLOCK AIR FLOW VENTS: The built-in cooling fan is essential for dissipating heat. Keep the vents unobstructed at all times.

3. High Temperature: The heating coil and the target metal will become extremely hot. Always wear protective gloves (not included) and eye protection. Do not touch the heated metal immediately after use.

4. Voltage: Only plug into a 110-120V standard US outlet.

5. Allow the machine to cool down after continuous use to extend the product’s lifespan.
